100% of public donations go directly to supporting our mission, purchasing goods, and funding the events. We use our sponsor funds to cover operations expenses such as storage, administrative, travel, etc. In September of 2022, we hired one company employee that receives monetary compensation on a part-time, as needed basis to accomplish our business development, program development, administrative, follow-up navigation services, and back-end duties, at a rate not to exceed 25% of our annual funding in 2022, and not to exceed 10% in 2023 and beyond. No other employees, board member, or volunteer has at anytime received or plan to receive monetary nor non-monetary compensation of any kind. All monetary donations are tax deductible in accordance with IRS rules and regulations regarding donations to a 501(c)3 non-profit.
