With a growing network of 500 volunteers in the communities we serve, there are various ways to get involved and help. One of the most common ways to volunteer is through our monthly Community Outreach Program. Individuals, families, and friends are welcome to join us on these events to experience hands on outreach while provide immediate aid to those experiencing homelessness. It is a great way to get started with our organization and see if you’d like to get further involved. Other opportunities include signing up for our navigation/wrap-around services trainings to serve as part of our growing navigation team. Another rewarding way to serve is by assisting with our housing program. Our volunteers take part in helping individuals move into their new homes, providing donations of new or gently used furniture, and household appliances. We use volunteers for our voting initiative, ensuring unhoused individuals have access to voting. As an organization, we often times partner with other non-profits to host joint events, presenting another unique opportunity to get involved as a volunteer.
